When you place an order, create an account, or opt in to marketing communications, we may collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth (if provided for marketing or birthday offers). Payment card details are entered directly on our payment processor’s secure page and are not stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to process and ship your order, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal and tax obligations. If you opt in to marketing communications, we may also use your email address and date of birth to send promotional offers, newsletters, and birthday discounts. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Data Retention
Order and payment records are retained for 5 years to comply with consumer protection and tax record-keeping obligations. Marketing consent and related data (including date of birth) are retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Account information is retained while your account is active, and deleted within a reasonable period after a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
Sharing With Third Parties
Your payment information is shared with our payment processor (Mainpay) solely to process transactions. We share your name, address, and contact details with our shipping and logistics partners to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
International Data Transfer
Our website and data are hosted on servers located in Singapore. By using our site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored outside your country of residence.
Marketing Consent
By checking the marketing opt-in box at checkout or sign-up, you consent to receive promotional emails, including special offers and birthday discounts. This is optional and separate from your order confirmation and shipping notifications, which are always sent regardless of marketing consent.
