All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue any product at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.
5. Shipping and Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated separately from the product price and are charged per unit based on the destination country. Current shipping rates by country are listed on our Shipping Cost by Country page. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; Sensbody is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, address or option changes may no longer be possible. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are adult products of an intimate and hygienic nature, items that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by law or in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error reported immediately upon receipt. For international orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available once an order has been dispatched for shipping. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensbody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
