MAKING PROCESS
Making the Product
Akari Mitani took an active interest in the production process from the early stages of product development and participated in the collaboration with SENSBODY.
She was particularly interested in a production method that carefully recreates both the exterior form and the internal structure, rather than simply licensing her name. She also showed her fondness for the product by personally bringing a SENSBODY product along to a fan meeting in Korea.
The collaboration continued beyond these activities, with a focus on capturing Akari Mitani’s distinctive suppleness and athletic character in the product.
